Full, upfront payment is required to book a session. Bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. The only exception for a refund is if I must cancel the booking.

If you need to reschedule, you’ll be able to do so once (1) and the rescheduled appointment must take place within 7 days of the original appointment. Anymore than that and your appointment will be canceled and payment forfeited.​

Payment of your total amount is required to book your first session. If you must reschedule a session after booking, you will be able to do so once for only 1 session. Package purchases are nonrefundable.

Packages expire 8 weeks (2 months) after purchase. Ideally, sessions are weekly or biweekly. There may be some flexibility with this policy depending on my travel schedule.
